Welcome to NAVIPATH Online View Report (the "System"). By accessing or using this System, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Purpose

The System is owned and managed by NAVIPATH DIAGNOSTICS SDN. BHD., designed to allow authorized users to view laboratory reports and related information securely.


2. Account Registration & Verification

  • All users must register for an account before accessing the System.
  • During registration, you are required to submit relevant supporting documents such as:
    • SSM Registration Certificate,
    • APC (Annual Practising Certificate) (for clinics or medical professionals),
      and/or
    • Credit Application Form.
  • These documents are used to verify the authenticity of your company or clinic.
  • Once your application is submitted, our team will cross-check your details with the Lab Information System (LIS) to confirm that you are an existing customer of NAVIPATH DIAGNOSTICS SDN. BHD.
  • Only verified and approved accounts will be granted access. You will receive an email notification once your account has been activated.

3. Account & Access

  • Each company or branch must register its own account.
  • The HQ account is allowed to create sub-accounts for its respective branches under the same organization.
  • The HQ account may have special access rights to view and manage its sub-accounts (branches).
  • The HQ is fully responsible for any actions, activities, or data access performed under its sub-accounts.
  • If a branch or clinic does not wish to be managed or viewed by HQ, or operates under a different company registration, please register a new and separate account instead of creating a sub-account under the same HQ.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company provides this System as a reporting and management tool only.
  • The Company is not responsible or liable for any misuse, disputes, unauthorized data access, or any criminal or civil issues between HQ and branch users.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and proper use of their login credentials.

5. Data & Privacy

  • All user data and reports are treated as confidential in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Users must not share, copy, or distribute any report or information to unauthorized parties.
  • The Company will not be liable for any loss resulting from user negligence or data misuse.

6. Proper Use

Users must:

  • Use the System only for authorized and lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to hack, interfere, or reverse-engineer any part of the System.
  • Report any suspected misuse or unauthorized access immediately.

7. Suspension or Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if a violation of these terms is detected or if false information was provided during registration.


8. Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the System after changes are published indicates acceptance of the revised terms.


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
